How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders $100+
Orders less than $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.

How will my order ship?

We ship using United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders ship from Oregon and usually take 3-4 business days to arrive. Your order will ship in discreet packaging designed to mitigate odor and include testing paperwork.  You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships.

Can you ship to my state?

All of our products are federally legal. Due to state laws, we do not ship to Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, or Nebraska. Pacific Sensi retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Pacific Sensi is not responsible for knowing whether our products are legal in your state or territory and you assume full responsibility for all parts pertaining to your purchase. Ownership of the package transfers to you, the buyer, once it is consigned at the United States Post Office. If you require insurance or a signature for your package please email us before you place your order.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We will not issue refunds for any unauthorized returns. In the event that we make a mistake on an order, or product can be proven to be defective, returns will be considered on a case by case basis. We ask that return requests are emailed to pacificsensi@gmail.com. We will likely request photos and a detailed explanation for return authorization. Store credit will be issued in most cases. Under no circumstances will shipping be refunded.
